I-797C vs I-797A

Hi,

My current employer provided me only copies of I-797A. They didn't have I-797C. Now I got another job and H1B transfer is going to be initiated. They are asking for I-797C which my current employer doesn't have. They only have my I-797A. Please let me know if 797 A can be used in place of 797C. If not what should I do.

I797A is more than enough.

why do they need 797C?? Just a approval copy should be enough.
