adept1980 Posted September 5, 2014 Report Share Posted September 5, 2014 I was on L2 and changed to H4 in 2011 and i got my H4 visa stamped last time in Jan 2012 when I visited India (valid till oct 2014) and I got my H4 renewed in Sep 2014 and got my I-797 Valid till 2017 and i am planning to visit India in Nov 2014, Can i go with DROPBOX Interview Waiver program. My Husband changed from L1B to H1B (same company) and has never got his H1B stamping done after he moved over from L1B to H1B (He has not been to India for last 6 years) Am i eligible for H4 Visa DROPBOX Interview Waiver program ?
