Holding B1/B2 Visa(B1 marked on passport)

I hold B1/B2 visa, valid for 10 years. I entered in USA in last month,

Officer stamped my entry with B1(8 Oct), but when I checked my I94 on cbp site it says, Admitted on B2 and up to Jan 2015.

 

Questions

 

01 How long I can stay in USA.

02 In case I need to stay more than 8 Oct do need apply for extension.

03 Will it affect my next trip to USA
