EB3 to eB2 service request response

I moved from EB3 to EB2

Priority date is - june/2006, Inida and I'm current and no changes in my 485 and I called USCIS and filed service request.

The reponse for that is ;

The status of this service request is:

This case is currently still pending with the Nebraska Service Center. We are currently working through a backlog of applications and your case will be worked in the order in which we received it.

what do it mean? Are they processing my case or general response

Did you get LUD on your existing 485 when your EB2 140 was approved? What date you're carrying on your EB2 140 approval petition?

I have old EB3 date in EB2 140

Mine EB3 I-140 and I-485 was in NSC and EB2 got approved in TSC.

I am in the same boat. My 140 in EB2 porting is approved. Employer is saying just sending a letter is sufficient and some friends are saying better to file new 485.

Have you guys received any notification/confirmation after your case being ported from EB3 to EB2,

My attorney sent porting request to USCIS and don't know what's the status is ?
