vspm Posted September 3, 2014 Report Share Posted September 3, 2014 My new employer has filed a H1 transfer, for which USCIS is requesting additional evidence, one of which is Education evaluation. Just want to know if I can give the evaluation done by my previous employer (though a valid evaluator), which was done 2.5 years ago. Is there a validity attached to the evaluation report?
