mpalaparthi
Hello All, I got my OPT in Jan 2009 and I got the job in Nov 2009... untill then I was doing the volunteer work in the consultancy and also taken the training.... Now I'm in the process applying for GC in EB2 category, and it needs Exp. letter for the period I worked.... and when I contacted my previous consultancy ... it said... it can't give the letter from Jan '09 to Oct '09.... it can only provide starting from Nov '09. My question is, - Would that be okay if I don't provide letter from Jan to Oct '09? - Also, whats the minimum exp. required to be eligible to file GC in EB2 category? If not, what will be the situation like in GC processing? Thank you so much for your replies Regards Link to comment
