In India Delhi development authority started a housing scheme and one condition that person should be Indian citizen , Can an OCI card holder apply for these housing schemes as it’s not agriculture ? jairichi Posted September 3, 2014 Report Share Posted September 3, 2014 OCI holder is not an Indian citizen. It is a privilege given to you to travel to India without the need for a visa. Whatever country's passport you hold that determines your citizenship now. Link to comment
