kktiger
Hi, I am on H1B, waiting for my EAD and GC. I am planning to buy a home in US. However I might move back to India after a couple of years (family issues). Now, if i want to keep the home in US and put it on rent, would i be able to secure a visitor visa for visiting my home for rental or refinancing purposes? I would not be having a sponsor or contact in US as commonly needed in B2 visas i guess. If anybody has experiences with getting a visitor visa, for home investment, please let me know. Thanks kk Link to comment
jairichi
A visitor visa does not need a sponsor. Since your GC process is ongoing it might be difficult to get a visitor visa though it is not impossible. Talk to a good attorney. Link to comment
