Passport renewal

Hi, 

 

I want to know the process to get the a new passport issued if the old one got damaged.  How visa stampings are taken care of  ?  How long does it take to get the new passport ?

Apply at Indian consulate that has juridscition in your state and look at their website for details. If visa is also damaged then you will need to exit and go for visa stamping with new passport. 30 to 45 days to get new passport.
