praveenbecse
Hi Experts, My mother in law is a widower and have no property or bank account associated with them. So myself and my wife will be taking financial responsibility for them to visit US on on visitor visa. How do we make visa officer to prove that she would returned to India after visa got over while going for visa. we are thinking she is a widower and no bank accounts or property to prove the commitments in India so she has to return india before b2 visa expires. However my mother in law has second daughter in rented home and this is the only point to prove visa officer that she has another to look after back in india.what is the best way to prove that my mil will return india to visa officer. My wife coming to US on H1b and we are trying to bring my mother in law too for few months to spend with us along with my wife expected to come together to US. I am staying US currently since 1 year. Thanks Praveen Link to comment
rahul412
She has to simply tell the truth. No need to worry, money doesn't matter here. She needs to convince vo that she will come back by answering each question confidently and truthfully.. Link to comment
