RFE on STEM - New I-20 signed the AFTER STEM application submission

New I-20 is needed to respond to the RFE on STEM application (STEM start date changed in SEVIS records due to H-1B denial). But, the new I-20 will be signed by my DSO now, and not "up to 30 days prior to the STEM application", as has been mentioned in the RFE notice and USCIS website.

 

Will USCIS deny my STEM extension solely on the basis of this date of signature?
