Could you please let me know at what stage will I be eligible for an EAD to work during the Green Card processing while on H4 Visa. How many years normally it takes for an EB2 Green Card Category processing to reach that stage. Thanks a lot..... Link to comment

Once your husband files 485 then you are eligible for EAD and 485 is filed when his PD is current. What's his PD? Link to comment
