jonbonraki Posted August 25, 2014 Report Share Posted August 25, 2014 hi my contract was abruptly ended. with client letter i filed to usics for h1b application and i got an rfe and it is still under processing, as i m looking for new project and shifting to new client . what are the things i need to take care of so that my h1b application is valid and i stay in status? please let me know and advise accordingly?
