H1b stamping - Jamaica

Hello All,

 

I had my masters , then worked on first opt completely , now am on CAP GAP , my H1B case is approved 

 

I am planning to go for H1B stamping to Jamaica in the month of October. My F1 visa got expired in June 2014. Do i need to book a return to India as well..?? Will I be facing any immigration problems at Jamaica w.r.t my F1 expiration.

 

Please provide your suggestions on this.

 

Is there anyone who is planning to go for stamping in the month of October, let me know.

This scenario is pretty common.You dont have to book a return to India.

I can tell you that OPT cap gap keeps you on valid F1 visa status till you start h1 on october, this is very comman
