divyadv0 Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 Hello All, I had my masters , then worked on first opt completely , now am on CAP GAP , my H1B case is approved I am planning to go for H1B stamping to Jamaica in the month of October. My F1 visa got expired in June 2014. Do i need to book a return to India as well..?? Will I be facing any immigration problems at Jamaica w.r.t my F1 expiration. Please provide your suggestions on this. Is there anyone who is planning to go for stamping in the month of October, let me know. Thank You..! Link to comment
