I have the certified LCA and my approved petition is for the same client I am working on.. Also my visa stamping is engraved with my old employer name who revoked my old petition.. will this situation creates any issue when I am at the POE. btw I am coming to EWR and I have read so many forums that there are more scrutiny at the EWR for H1b visa holders.. Can you also list down what kind of documents should I have to carry when coming back? both for myself and my family Thank you in advance! Link to comment
