gatimeher
Hi, I worked with Company A where my visa stamping is till 30-SEPT-2014. I first arrived in US on 03-JAN-2013 and I-94 number issued was say "xxxx". I went back to India for 1 week in Apr 2013. Upon arrival I got new I-94 number say "zzzz" with validity till 10-OCT-2014. Now I changed my employer and joined Company B where on H1B transfer, the new I-797 has validity from 12-MAY-2014 to 11-MAY-2015. But the I-94 number issued along with the new I-797 is same as my first I-94 number "xxxx". So, now I have two I-94. One when I entered US in Apr-2014 with number "zzzz" and the new one with H1B transfer with number "xxxx" (which is same I-94 number when I first entered US.) Will this be a problem ? Will I be out of status after 30-SEPT-2014 ? Link to comment
