Marrying a F1 holder on B1

Hello,

 

    First of all thenk you for taking time to answer this question. This is about my sister, we are holding advance talks over an alliance we found for her who is in US on F1 visa. She holds B2 multiple entry visa and have been in US several times. My question is if she enters in US and gets married to this guy who is on F1 will there be any issue during filling of her adjustment of status from B2 to F2? Will USCIS look at it as intention to stay in US, does it breach any of the B2 visa rules.
