I140 Approved and changing to new company. How can i carry the Priority Date?

I am working for company A on H1B and I140 approved. Now planning to move to another company B. They will be starting my GC in 6 months.

 

1. How can I carry the priority date from my old I140 with company A to new I140 with new company B?

2. Is it possible to carry the priority date even if my old company A revoke or withdraw the my I140 to new I140 with company B?
