rajcool111
Hello, I am currently working for company-A and have valid visa with I-94 till Oct 15. Company-A has filed my extension in July for 3 more years and my application is in review under regular process. Recently I got an offer with company-B and they are willing to do an H1 transfer for me under premium process and asking me to join on receipt notice. Will this cause any issues for me? Also, when I quit my company-A, they may revoke my H1 right away with extension. Please let me know how that will impact me? Please help if anybody have any suggestion. Link to comment
omshiv
Never join any company just based on the Receipt notice..if the H1 transfer gets denied and your previous employer revokes your H1...then you'll be in a limbo. na ghar ka na ghat ka. Link to comment
visaseekerUS
I don't think there will be any issue. There is little risk in case your H1 gets denied with company B while you are working on receipt. But as they are applying in premium processing, you should get result while serving your notice period ! Link to comment
