I 140 receipt number not received

Hi All,

 

My I 140 was applied for premium processing on July 30 and no receipt number has been received yet. Is there any time by which it would be received? IS anyone facing similar situation?

July 30th means only 12 days back from today.. so wait few more days then call USCIS,

Same here my employer says my I-140 was applied Aug 15th still not received receipt. My Labor Perm expires Sept 2nd week. I'm scared.Is I-140 receipt delays common ?

Hey which center you submitted your 140 application ?? Did you filed in PP ? I'm worried its more than 2 weeks.

I applied in regular, I'm not sure which center I'll find out from my employer about that today.Mine is more than 3 weeks now :(

For premium processing, your employer receives receipt no. (thru email) the day after I-140 application reaches USCIS and paper notice takes 2 to 4 weeks. In case of regular processing, it may take 2 to 4 weeks to get the receipt notice by mail.

Finally I got the receipt after 4 weeks :). My application was sent to Texas service center

My employer has filed I-140 (Nebraska Service Center) on 5/20 under premium processing. Till date either Employer or Attorney has not received the receipt notice. 

 

Is anyone in the same situation.?

 

What are the next steps that needs to be taken if we do not receive the receipt number?

Yes , Same situation is with me as well. I have applied for I-140 in premium processing  around 3 weeks ago . My employer say he didn't get reciept yet. 

Even i also have same question reg the  next step. Please update if you find any thing.
