(thru email) the day after I-140 application reaches USCIS and paper notice takes 2 to 4 weeks. In case of regular processing, it may take 2 to 4 weeks to get the receipt notice by mail. Till date either Employer or Attorney has not received the receipt notice. Is anyone in the same situation.? What are the next steps that needs to be taken if we do not receive the receipt number?
