H1B transfer, Labor audit H1B 7th year ext

  I have a question can anyone suggest 

 1, From A company labor applied and went audit and still under review now I am in 7th year extension under H1B CAP visa. 

Now I am USA On H1B CAP extension can change the Employer?

 

Out side country 10 months.
