techamar Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 Hi, I am currently on L1 A Visa sponsored by Employer A and have H1B approved in July 2014 with COS, sponsored by Employer B. L1A visa has been applied for extension and currently in RFE stage. And I am going back to India around next week becasue of urgent work. While in India , if my L1 extension gets approved then what will be required for me for Visa stamping as I do have H1 also ? Thanks and Regards. Link to comment
