I have received RFE's for on my 485 1) Employment Verification 2) Medical records The issue is I do not have the I-140 petition as the previous employer has it with them. I need to respond to my RFE's within the end of August and I have very less time to submit an FOIA to receive the I-140 petition from the FOIA. Please advise what can be done in such a situation.
