mail21cv Posted July 31, 2014 Report Share Posted July 31, 2014 Dear Friends, I came to US on H1B with Company A and my VISA and I797 valid till Sept 2015. In May I have changed the employer to Company B and got the I797 approved till May 2015 but my Visa is still valid till Sept 2015. Now I am planing to visit India for two weeks vacation on this month end. Please advice me if there are any immigration issue's on my return entry to USA as I transferred my employer.
