rsheri Posted July 31, 2014 Report Share Posted July 31, 2014 I got visa on 29th July 2014 for Fall Sem, and now due to personal reason want to defer to Spring 2015, want to come US on sometime in Dec 2014. 1) I paid the Sevis fees on Nov 6th 2013, so my question is.... if i come to US on Dec 2014, is my sevis is still valid as its duration pass 1 year from payment date? Please advise me ? 2) If i need to pay again, is any issues in Port of entry? Really Appricate you help on this. Link to comment
