Application status changed from Post Decision to Decision for H1B filed under PP.

Hello,

My H1B cap exempt has been filed under PP and USCIS website  first updated with Post decision on 27th June and after few hours status got changed to Decision with below message -

"During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision."

 

It has been a month now I am yet to receive the copy of Decision made on my application.

My emplyer confirmed that they have received the soft copy of my application.

 

1. What doest it mean "You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision." ?

 

2. will status be in Decision untill they send the copy of I797 to my employer?
