desi4stamp
Hi, I got my H1b approved last year with my first Master's degree. However, I had started pursuing my second masters degree and in the meantime the H1b was approved. Is it too late to ask if I can continue studying to complete the second master's degree? Kindly advise if it will affect stamping as I intend to get it stamped soon. Link to comment
pingpong
Having an approved H1 should not affect your education pursuits as long as you maintain your H1 with a full time job Link to comment

JoeF
Thank you. However, I wanted to mention that the second degree is from ***, San Jose. Will that be an issue? Yes, that will be an issue. That institution is a fraud, and USCIS has been issuing RFEs whenever they see a degree from that fraud in an application. Find a REAL university. There are lots of them in the Bay area. rahul412
Yes. Then forget about that degree, that's useless. Concentrate on your job. Link to comment
