Should I fill 3 separate DS160 forms for my spouse and Kid ? Or 1 is good? I have an option to add the family members in the CGI website and am able to pay for all 3 of them. But the question is whether I need a differenct DS160 references individually. Please share your inputs. Regards. Link to comment
