1. I got my h1b with  Current Company in OCt 2013.

Current company has filed My H1 petition with real experience and got my h1b visa   with the following information and got H1B visa.

-When I joined Current company, My Resume was marketed with 7 years’ experience (unreal) but i really have 3 years 10 month experience

i came in usa on h4 visa in 2012 .

2. company B wants to hire me upon my unreal experience which is actually 7 years and they want to transfer my h1b visa .

I am also planning to go with them .

Now there immigration attorney is asking for my updated resume with other documents .

So my question in this case should i give them real resume or give 7 years experience one .

Will it create problem on h1b transfer  if i give real resumeto  company B ?

can they cancel to hire me ?
My Question is:
a) When I send my documents to USCIS, will they compare my old resume / Petition information / DS160 (the one i sent for initial H1B from outside US) by time-frames, companies, skills(development Vs Consulting ect.)?
b) Will there be any chance of rejection on H1B transfer?
c) Can this impact to my current visa, if the H1B transfer rejection happened?

Anybody having knowledge on this, please tell me how deep do they review the old and new resumes/petition/DS-160 for updates on skills, and employment details?
I appreciate your help and time.
Thanks.

PS: company A is desi and company B is American company .
