I'm wondering whether DOS will send me any documents or I need to send them the H1B offer letter provided to me by my employer or I just need to wait for 6-8 weeks till they give the favorable decision. Thanks...... Once a favorable decision is made by DOS you will get a copy of the decision forwarded to USCIS. Link to comment
