ititan
Hello, I have a question on my pending immigration document. I have been here in US legally from 1998, I am a disabled immigrant and my pending immigration petition is causing lots of distress. I am dependent on my medical insurance for my support, after 13 years, I am worried about job lose and what it might do to my insurance. Will it be OK to ask for immigration approval based on humanitarian ground? Thanks Link to comment
Belle
I don't think you can ask for humanitarian grounds immgration if it is you who is disabled. If it were your immediate relative who is a citizen or an LPR who relies on you, then, it is a different matter. Talk to a lawyer about it. Link to comment
