H1B transfer to new employer before 1st of oct 2014

my H1B is approved with employer A , i am currently on L1 . i have recieved all documents and reciept related to my H1B approval. I have a better offer with employer B

 

1) when can i transfer my H1B?

2) Can i transfer H1B before 1st Oct ?

3) Can the new employer start with the process in aug or sept for H1B transfer?

4) what are the consequences of transfering to new employer before 1st of Oct?

5) When can i start working for employer B after the transfer is approved?

 

Say if i dont resign from employer A untill 1st oct can i join the new employer from first week of oct and start the transfer process now? how is this going to effect my H1B approval

1. Immediately employer B can file a cap exempt H1B petition.

2. Yes.

3. Yes.

4. Check your contract with employer A whether you are liable for any damages for joining.

5. Oct 1st is the earliest date.

Thanks .... When the new employee starts the transfer process will my current employer know by any chance ? If I don't resign and join the new employer after Oct 1 st can my old employer revoke my approved h1b
