gurpreet2203
Friends, I came to US on H4 visa and got H1B approved in Oct 2012. I am planning to visit India in Nov-Dec 2014. I am working on Employer-Vendor-Vendor-Client model. I see that most of the people are going to Jamaica to get their visa stamped and the success rate is high. I have a few questions that I need help with: 1. What all "additional" documents I have to produce because of the EVC model? 2. What all risks I can face in case the visa is denied? 3. What type of questions are asked and what should be the answers? I will definitely have more questions :-) later. Please help Link to comment
jairichi
1. Every document you think is necessary. 2. No risk if visa is denied. 3. Any question related to you, your employer and job. Link to comment
rahul412
I see that most of the people are going to Jamaica to get their visa stamped and the success rate is high. That's insane. Their is nothing called success rate when it comes to immigration, I can show you the case where people got their visa's rejected in Jamaica. Make sure you have all the documents and answer the questions truthfully. Link to comment
