krissstays1 Posted July 25, 2014 Report Share Posted July 25, 2014 Hi - My labor was filed in July 2010 and within a year it went to BALCA. I have not had any form of communication from BALCA since. My lawyer is maintaining that there is no way to communicate with them to check on the status. Is this really true? Any advice on what I could do to move my case forward? Thanks!! Kriss.
