phdnoh1b
I have a question on the requirement to submit copies of ALL old passports for the AOS application. I have passports going back to the early 80s with text/printed matter barely visible on some of them. Is it necessary to submit copies of ALL passports or just the ones since I was 18/with US visa stamps on 'em? I look forward to getting y'all's input on this! Thanks Link to comment
Belle
No. Generally speaking, you want to have a copy bio page from your current or most recent passport submitted as photographic evidence that you are who you say you are. Sometimes, it is helpful to submit copy of the visa that you used when you entered the US last (if not available, it's not a huge deal as long as you have your I-94). Link to comment
