My employer (cap-exempt) filed my new H1B application at the beginning of March, we received an RFE days later and my employer took two months to send it back to the USCIS California Center (USCIS received it on May 27). My OPT expired at the beginning of May, so I haven't been working since then, and I decided to fork up the money for premium processing. My employer sent the check and PP paperwork to USCIS (received on June 24 - evidenced by Fed-Ex receipt) but USCIS has not cashed my check, hasn't updated the case status online since they receIved the RFE in May and my employer called last week and found out they haven't even logged my application into the system for premium processing. Has anyone else experienced this? How long will it take? Link to comment
