I-140 Approved, change to new employer

Hi,

My I-140 (under EB3) is approved with my current employer on A position in 2011.

I changed the department in the same company to B position 9 months back and got H1 for 3 years.

Now i am in 9th year of my H1B.

Can i move to new company?

Does it matter if i have to select either B position or A position?

Also will there be any issues when new employer applies for GC under EB2?
