tndoc2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 I have a H1 B visa stamp till June 2016.The same employer filed for an amendment due to increase in area of coverage and responsibilities for the same duration.I got a new I 797 A now and plan to visit India in August 2014 I was informed that I do not need to go for another stamping as the visa is stamped and valid.
