Indian_Chicago Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 I am currently on OPT EAD(Stem Extn.) and my EAD expires on August 1st 2014 I am working for Employer A, I have a valid H1B Approval(from A) that would be effective from October 1st. But recently got it transferred to Employer B. Could you please tell me how soon can I start work with Employer B. Would like to know if there is any difference if the transfer happens prior vs. after 08/01. Thanks for your help! Link to comment
