SSUDEVAN Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 Hi I have received Notice of Intent to Deny today on my I-140. I still do not know what is the reason. My Attorney is holding that. I am on H1b and it is going to expire on September 24 2014. My PERM is filed on November 21 2013 and PERM approved on May 29, 2014 . Am I eligible for H1B extension? If not what are the other options I have What are the available options to handle I-140 NOID? What is the normal processing time? Can we speed up the process something like premium processing?
