Green Card Old Priority Date

Company A applied for a person GC in EB3, later that person moved to Company B and that company initiated his GC process under EB2 assuming that he have enough qualifications under EB2. In this process he got another priority date which is different from First priority date. Can he get his Old Priority Date back for this current petition?

If the old employer has had filed I-140 (EB3) and was approved, and not reovked for fraud, then yes you can re-capture the old PD, to the new GC process under EB2.
