H1 Transfer without entering to USA

Hi,

 

I have applied H1 from Company A and got stamped and it is valid until Dec 2016, but never entered to USA on this visa. Now i want to transfer to the company B, so do i need to go for stamping again with company B or i can use the same visa stamp from company A with Company B i797 for entering USA?

 

 

Please advise.

Yes, you can do that. You dont need another stamping...can come with the previous employer's visa stamp by showing your new employer's H1b petition.

No need of new visa.

No need for stamping. Enter with existing valid H1B visa and new I797.
