behold.human Posted July 12, 2014 Report Share Posted July 12, 2014 Hi, I have my passport (and I-94) expiring on jan30 2015 but I have my H1B visa validity until dec 2015 ,am planning to travel to india in the month of july and be back on august,when I return back i dont have six month validity,will that be a problem when i come back?am planning to bring back my son and wife (currently in india) along with me..please sugget Thanks Link to comment
