Employment Verification (AC21) and have some questions in this regard:- 1) In the AC21 portability requirements , "New Employment must be the "same or similar" occupational classification" and did not specify any thing about the " New Job should have same / similar / higher salary ". Still if there is 100% increment in the salary after 5 years , still could it be a issue ? 2) Educational requirement - Is it mandate to mention the Educational requirement and it should be same / similar as requirement mentioned in the LC ?
