dj072014 Posted July 12, 2014 Report Share Posted July 12, 2014 In 2013, my wife came to USA with me on H4 visa. Her H4 is valid till 2017. In 2014, her H1B was applied through a consultancy. In July, 2014, she traveled to India for a short vacation. In the mean time, her H1B approval (I797) came. Now she has to go for H1B visa stamping in India. Can she travel back to USA immediately after her H1B stamping ? Or she cannot travel only 10 days prior to 1-Oct-2014 (visa start date) ? Link to comment
