SureshMalli Posted July 10, 2014 Report Share Posted July 10, 2014 I am on H1 and my H1 is going to expire on 09/25. My wife is on H4 and recently got her h1 approved and it's validi from 10/01/2014. My employer is filing H1 extension now. Do i need to file her H4 extension also? as her H4 expires on 9/25 and 5 days left for h1 validity. Link to comment
