Question for online DS-260 form (I am US Citizen, filing for wife - she has never been in US)

My Questions:

 

 

1. Full name in Native Alphabet: Is this required or can be skipped? We dont have way to write in Indian language in text box.

2. In which occupation, do you intend to work in US? We are planning to select "Others" with text "Not yet decided". Is this OK?

3. Do you want SSA to issue a SSN? Should we say yes? (she has never been in US)

4. Did anyone assisted in filling this application? Should we include SPOUSE as assistant or NO? Because I helped her in filling the form. Is this OK or creates trouble.
