H1B Visa Appointment

Hello All,

 

Last year I had scheduled a H1B visa appointment in CANADA and cancelled it due to personal reasons. In March 2014, I went for a passport reissue  after 10 years

 

When I am trying to login into account, the system does not recognize me as I previously scheduled the interview with my old passport.

 

I have following questions:-

 

1. Should I create a new account with the new passport
2. In DS160, should I mention new passport number or old passport number ( I am assuming new passport number )
3. Does it matter for US Consulate if a passport has been reissued after 10 years.
