Need to get H4 stamp but applied for H1 stamp on DS-160

I am working in USA on H1B visa. I am an Indian and going to India to get visa stamp from U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad. I already filled Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160) and got an Interview date.

Now I am thinking to convert my visa to H4 Dependent from H1B . I already submitted and paid the DS-160 fees to get H1B renewal stamp.

 

Can my current H-1B visa application (DS-160) can be converted to H-4 or do I need to submit a new application and fee to convert my H1B to H4?
